NZMC Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted are EX-OUR WORKS, packing and shipping within New Zealand included.

Your placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery Time

From placement of order: maximum 5 business days.

Our offices are closed for Christmas and New Year holidays (generally 3 weeks over the season). Details will be communicated to all account holders.

Payment

All "wholesale price" orders are available only on a pre-pay basis at the time of placing the order.

Transport

When possible and unless contrary, we dispatch orders daily (business days) by express courier.

Insurance

The merchandise is checked before packing. We guarantee that goods are in perfect condition and correspond exactly to the requested order. Items are packed to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were dispatched, conditional on courier handling.

We cannot respond or accept responsibility for damages incurred during transportation or because of negligence of others.

Upon receiving merchandise, the client should check package contents. If damage is noted, contact the shipping company immediately and notify the issue. Please keep copies of all related documentation.

If damage is suspected, take photos of the package before unpacking. If damage is found, take immediate photographic evidence of both damage and packaging.

Check goods immediately and, in case of damage, keep both packaging and damaged goods so the insurance company can examine damage and authorize payment.

All orders must be placed via our website. Phone orders are not accepted.
